Last week, a camp for the children of BD SENSORS employees organized by VISC took place in our company premises and also in a mobile classroom in a truck.
In an experiential way, the children tried fields such as robotics and programming, 3D printing, pneumatics, electro-pneumatics and hydraulics.
The children could see the technical equipment of the mobile classroom, get an idea of pneumatic circuits and 3D printing technology. They assembled their pneumatic circuit according to the diagram, designed and printed a small object, for example a talisman or an animal, programmed a robot or assembled a project from an electronic Boffin kit.
In addition to educational and experiential activities, the children also went on a trip to the Buchlovice park or on a tour of the nearby KOVOZOO.
One of the voluntary tasks was also to draw a picture of use of the BD SENSORS products. Everyone received a small gift for this creativity.
The children were also very pleased with the wireless headphones they received as a gift from BD SENSORS.
Everyone really enjoyed their stay at the camp. Some even so much that they wanted to come on Saturday.
